Meet the HV9112NG-G, a state-of-the-art pulse width modulator IC revolutionizing high-speed, high-efficiency switch mode power supplies. This advanced IC, incorporating BiCMOS/DMOS technology, offers a hassle-free solution for implementing single-switch current mode PWM in various configurations, minimizing the need for external components. What makes the HV9112 truly remarkable is its unmatched efficiency, consuming only a fraction of the power used by conventional bipolar PWM ICs and operating at twice their switching frequency. This translates to a significantly expanded dynamic range for regulation, approximately 8 times that of similar bipolar counterparts. Furthermore, the HV9112 boasts exceptional flexibility, able to start directly from a broad DC input voltage range of 9.0 to 80VDC without requiring an external power resistor. Its push-pull CMOS output stage eliminates the necessity for clamping diodes for protection, even over extended lead lengths between the output and external MOSFET. Setting the clock frequency is a breeze with just a single external resistor
