It operates at a clock frequency of 125 MHz, providing a maximum data transfer rate of 1 GB/s per pin.This SDRAM module features a burst length of 1, 2, 4, or 8, with a programmable CAS latency of 2 or 3 clocks. It operates with a supply voltage of 3.3V and is organized as 16M x 8 banks x 4 bits.The HYB39S64800BT-8 is designed to be mounted on a 66-pin Plastic Thin Small Outline Package (TSOP II), making it suitable for a wide range of computing and networking applications. It also supports self-refresh operation and features auto-refresh and temperature-compensated self-refresh modes to ensure stable and reliable performance.
