The IDTQS3VH257PA is a quad 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer with 3-state outputs. It is designed by Integrated Device Technology Inc. (IDT) and features a high-speed and low-power consumption design, making it suitable for various applications in electronic systems.This device has four input data ports (I0, I1, I2, I3) that can be selected using two control signals (S0, S1) to determine which input is routed to the output. The selection is done based on the truth table of the multiplexer logic, where the output (O) is either equal to one of the four inputs or driven to a high-impedance state.The IDTQS3VH257PA provides a wide operating voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V, allowing it to be used in both low and standard voltage systems. It also features a fast propagation delay of 1.5ns, reducing signal latency in data transmission.The 3-state outputs of the IDTQS3VH257PA allow multiple devices to be connected to the same output without causing bus contention. This ensures smooth operation and reliable data transfer in complex electronic systems.
