It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) rating of 650V and a continuous drain current (ID) rating of 15A, making it suitable for use in power supplies, motor control, and other high-power applications.This transistor features a low on-resistance (RDS(on)) of 0.175 ohms, which ensures efficient power delivery with minimal losses. It also has a fast switching speed, with a total gate charge (Qg) of 31nC, making it ideal for high-frequency switching circuits.The IKA15N65ET6 has a TO-220 package, which provides good thermal performance and allows for easy mounting on a heat sink to dissipate excess heat generated during operation. It has a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, ensuring reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.
