With a current rating of 46A and a voltage rating of 650V, this N-Channel Silicon Metal-oxide Semiconductor FET offers a low on-state resistance of 0.045ohm, ensuring efficient power management. The TO-247 package with its green plastic housing provides excellent thermal performance and high power dissipation capability. This 1-Element transistor is ideal for use in power supplies, motor control, and high voltage switching applications
