Details
IR2010PBF is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver IC designed for use in applications requiring high power switching. It is capable of driving two N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. The IR2010PBF is known for its non-inverting functionality, providing a robust and reliable solution for controlling power switches in various power electronic circuits. This IC features a floating high-side driver, which allows it to be used in high-side and low-side configurations. It has an output voltage swing of up to 600V, making it suitable for driving both low-side and high-side switches in power electronic systems operating at high voltages. The IR2010PBF is equipped with an internal bootstrap diode, enabling it to provide a high drive voltage to the gate of the power device under high side drive conditions. With a wide input voltage range of 10V to 20V, the IR2010PBF can be easily integrated into various power electronics applications. Its compact 14-DIP (Dual Inline Package) form factor makes it easy to mount on PCBs and is designed to withstand high operating temperatures typically encountered in power electronics applications.
