Details
Featuring an ultra-low power, multichannel digital isolator, the ISO7041-Q1 device is designed to effectively isolate CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. Its cutting-edge edge-based architecture and ON-OFF keying modulation scheme enable it to consume minimal power while meeting a 3000-V RMS isolation rating per UL1577. With a per channel dynamic current consumption of under 120 µA/Mbps and a per channel static current consumption of 3.5 µA at 3.3 V, this device is well-suited for power and thermal constrained system designs. Operating between 3.0 V and 5.5 V, it is fully functional with various supply voltages on each side of the isolation barrier. The four channel isolator, packaged in a 16-QSOP package, consists of three forward-direction channels and one reverse-direction channel, and offers default output high and low options in the event of input power or signal loss, adding to its reliability and versatility
