The ISO774x digital isolator family sets a new standard in performance and reliability. With isolation ratings of up to 5000 VRMS, these devices provide reinforced insulation for a wide range of applications. Whether it's VDE, CSA, TUV, or CQC certification, the ISO774x devices have you covered. The ISO7741B is perfect for basic insulation needs, while the entire family offers high immunity to electromagnetic interference and low emissions, all while consuming minimal power. Each channel features a logic input and output buffer separated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. With enable pins for multi-master driving applications and power consumption reduction, the ISO774x family provides both flexibility and efficiency. The ISO7740, ISO7741, and ISO7742 devices offer different channel configurations to suit a variety of needs, and their default output behavior ensures safety and reliability even in the event of power or signal loss.
