The ISP1105BSTM is a high-speed proximity and ambient light sensor module that combines a digital ambient light sensor with an infrared LED into a single package. It is designed for use in applications where accurate ambient light measurements are required, such as display brightness control in mobile devices, automatic screen dimming in laptops, and energy-saving lighting control in smart home systems.The sensor module has a detection range of 0.01 Lux to 83k Lux, with a temperature-compensated output that allows for reliable operation across a wide range of lighting conditions. It also features a high-speed I2C interface for communication with a host system, enabling real-time light level monitoring and control.The ISP1105BSTM is housed in a compact 3.0 x 2.0 x 1.0 mm package, making it suitable for integration into small and portable devices. It operates on a low supply voltage of 1.8V to 3.6V, with a low current consumption of 1.3mA in active mode and 0.5µA in standby mode.
