Details
KST3906, also known as 2N3906, is a PNP bipolar junction transistor (BJT) commonly used for amplification and switching purposes. It is housed in a TO-92 package and is designed for low to medium power applications.The transistor has a maximum collector current (IC) rating of 200mA and a maximum collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 40V. It has a power dissipation (PD) rating of 625mW and a DC current gain (hfe) ranging from 100 to 300.KST3906 has a high transition frequency (ft) of 250MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency applications such as RF amplification.
