Details
The L6599ATDTR is an enhanced version of the L6599A, specially designed for series-resonant half bridge topology. This double-ended controller offers a 50% complementary duty cycle, ensuring that the high-side and low-side switches are driven ON/OFF 180° out-of-phase for the same amount of time. With output voltage regulation achieved through operating frequency modulation, the IC also includes a fixed deadtime to enable soft-switching and high-frequency operation. Additionally, it features a high voltage floating structure to drive the high-side switch using the bootstrap approach, eliminating the need for an external fast-recovery bootstrap diode
