With its two-phase, constant frequency operation and the ability to drive N-channel power MOSFETs, the L99LD02Q505TR boost controller is a robust solution for high power applications. Supporting multi-phase operation through the SYNC I/O pin and configurable operating frequencies via SPI, this controller provides the versatility to meet diverse system requirements. By reducing the need for excessive filtering capacitance and inductance, the L99LD02Q505TR offers a more efficient and cost-effective power conversion solution for high power applications. The inclusion of an internal 10 V LDO for gate drivers, soft-start feature, and the option to supply the gate driver from the boost output further enhance the functionality and performance of this controller. With pre-configurable operation in limp home mode, the L99LD02Q505TR ensures reliable performance even in challenging conditions, making it an excellent choice for demanding power conversion applications
