Details
The LAN91C111I-NC is a single-chip Ethernet controller designed for use in embedded applications. It features a full-duplex Ethernet controller, on-chip RAM buffer, and an SPI interface for communication with the host processor. The LAN91C111I-NC supports both 10Mbps and 100Mbps Ethernet speeds, as well as auto-negotiation for easy integration into existing network infrastructures. It also includes support for IEEE 802.3u standard, 802.3x flow control, and 802.1Q VLAN tagging.The chip is housed in a small form factor QFP package, making it suitable for use in space-constrained embedded systems. It operates on a single 3.3V power supply and consumes minimal power, making it ideal for battery-powered devices or other applications where power efficiency is important.Other features of the LAN91C111I-NC include built-in LED drivers for link/activity indicators, support for both MII and RMII interface standards, and built-in support for TCP/IP offload to reduce the burden on the host processor.In summary, the LAN91C111I-NC is a versatile and efficient Ethernet controller chip that is well-suited for a wide range of embedded applications that require reliable and high-speed network connectivity
