- The LAN9254-V/JRX from Microchip is a versatile 3 port EtherCAT device controller that offers dual integrated Ethernet PHYs, each supporting full-duplex 100BASE-TX transceivers for 100Mbps operation. With HP Auto-MDIX support, direct connect or cross-over LAN cables can be utilized, making it a flexible solution for system developers. This device includes 8K bytes of Dual Port memory (DPRAM), 8 SyncManagers, 8 Fieldbus Memory Management Units (FMMUs), and a 64-bit Distributed Clock, enhancing its functionality over previous models like LAN9252 and LAN9253
