LM1391N is a precision reference voltage in the form of an integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by National Semiconductor, now a part of Texas Instruments. This device is commonly used in various applications where a stable and accurate voltage reference is required, such as operational amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters, and voltage regulators.The LM1391N is a 5V fixed positive voltage reference with a tolerance of ±1%. It has a low temperature coefficient of 20ppm/°C, ensuring stability over a wide range of operating temperatures. The device can operate over a voltage range of 4.5V to 7V, making it suitable for use in both low and high voltage applications.The LM1391N is housed in an 8-pin Dual-In-Line Package (DIP) and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It has a low dynamic output impedance of 40Ω and can provide a maximum output current of 10mA.
