Details
The LM310H is a voltage comparator manufactured by Texas Instruments. It operates with a single power supply voltage ranging from 5 to 30 volts and can withstand input voltages up to 36 volts. With a low input offset voltage of 2 mV and low input bias current of 25 nA, it provides accurate comparisons. The device offers fast response times with propagation delays as low as 200 ns. Its output can sink and source up to 50 mA of current, making it suitable for driving both TTL and CMOS logic. The LM310H is designed for use in applications requiring precise voltage level detection, such as window comparators, voltage followers, and voltage references.
