LM395T/NOPB is an NPN bipolar junction transistor specifically designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications. It has a maximum voltage rating of 36V and a maximum current rating of 2.2A, making it suitable for a wide range of low to medium-power electronic circuits. This transistor is housed in a through-hole TO-220-3 package, which allows for easy mounting on a printed circuit board or a heat sink to dissipate heat efficiently. Its TO-220-3 package also provides better thermal performance compared to other smaller packages, ensuring reliability and stability in operation. The LM395T/NOPB has three leads: the collector, base, and emitter.
