Details
The LM73CIMK-1/NOPB is a digital-output temperature sensor that offers exceptional performance and versatility. Its incremental Delta-Sigma ADC and two-wire interface make it compatible with both SMBus and I2C interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Operating over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, the LM73CIMK-1/NOPB delivers ±1°C accuracy from -10°C to 80°C. Users can select from four different resolutions for temperature reporting, allowing them to strike the perfect balance between conversion time and sensitivity. By default, the sensor operates in 11-bit mode (0.25°C/LSB), providing temperature readings in just 14 ms, making it ideal for applications that demand rapid temperature data acquisition. In its maximum resolution of 14-bit mode (0.03125°C/LSB), the LM73CIMK-1/NOPB excels at detecting minute changes in temperature. Moreover, it features a multi-level address line for device selection and an open-drain ALERT output for customizable temperature limit notifications. The filtered data and clock lines ensure reliable communication, while the time-out feature automatically resets the lines in case of a bus lock-up condition
