The LMV225/LMV226/LMV228 power detectors are cutting-edge devices tailored for CDMA and WCDMA applications, offering a broad RF frequency range of 450 MHz to 2 GHz. With precise temperature and supply compensation, these detectors deliver an output voltage directly proportional to RF input power in dBm. Operating on a single supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V, the LMV225/LMV226/LMV228 feature an integrated filter for reliable power detection of CDMA signals within a 30 dB dynamic range. By incorporating an external capacitor, users can further fine-tune the filtering capabilities to suit their specific needs. The LMV225 is optimized for power detection ranging from -30 dBm to 0 dBm, making it ideal for resistive tap configurations. In contrast, the LMV226 and LMV228 are designed for detection ranges from -15 dBm to 15 dBm, specifically catering to applications involving directional couplers. Additionally, these power detectors can be easily scaled down to accommodate ADC input range requirements, offering versatility and adaptability to different operational scenarios
