The LNK304PG is a low power, off-line switcher IC designed for use in non-isolated buck or flyback power supplies. It includes a 700 V MOSFET, oscillator, simple on/off control, and a high voltage switched current source for self-biasing the IC. With an integrated frequency jittering feature, the LNK304PG provides improved electromagnetic interference (EMI) performance without the need for external components.The device operates with a wide input voltage range of 85 VAC to 265 VAC and is capable of delivering up to 5 W of output power. It offers over-temperature and over-voltage protection, as well as auto-restart functionality in the event of a fault condition.The LNK304PG is housed in a compact, 8-pin DIP package, making it well-suited for space-constrained applications.
