STMicroelectronics' LSM303DLM is a versatile 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis magnetometer combination, designed to deliver high performance and low power consumption for a wide range of applications. With selectable full-scale ranges for acceleration sensing and a resolution of up to 16 bits, this sensor offers accurate and stable measurements through digital signal processing. The magnetometer capabilities provide a magnetic field dynamic range of ±1.3 to ±8.1 gauss and a resolution of up to 12 bits, enabling precise detection and measurement of magnetic fields. The LSM303DLM supports communication through I2C or SPI interfaces and includes programmable interrupt generators for both accelerometer and magnetometer data, allowing for customizable event detection
