The LTC5532EDC#PBF is a versatile RF power detector designed to meet the demands of RF applications operating in the 300MHz to 7GHz range. Equipped with a temperature compensated Schottky diode peak detector and buffer amplifier, this product is housed in a compact ThinSOT™ or DFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained environments. The supply voltage range is optimized for single lithium-ion cell or 3x NiMH operation, providing flexibility in power source compatibility. The on-chip Schottky diode ensures accurate peak detection of RF input voltage, which is then buffered and delivered through the VOUT pin. With the ability to adjust output buffer gain using external resistors and finely tune the starting voltage via the VOS pin, the LTC5532 offers customization options for optimal performance in diverse applications. Whether used in wireless data modems, RF power alarm envelope detectors, or other RF applications, this power detector delivers reliable and precise power detection capabilities, ensuring efficient operation across a range of scenarios
