Details
The LTKAK6-076C is part of the LTKAK6 series, offering superior clamping characteristics over standard SAD technologies. The integration of Littelfuse Foldbak™ technology ensures a clamping voltage lower than the avalanche voltage (but above the rated working voltage), limiting any voltage rise due to increased current conduction and providing the best protection level. Moreover, these products can be connected in series and/or parallel to create various capability and flexible protection solutions. In addition, the LTKAK6 in SMTO-218 package provides enhanced quality, easy manufacturing, and a compact mechanical design when compared to the current AK TVS families
