The LV8136V is a microstepping stepper motor driver system-on-chip (SoC) designed for driving bipolar stepper motors in a wide range of applications such as printers, scanners, copiers, and other office automation equipment. It integrates a PWM current control system, a microstepping sequencer, and a power MOSFET output stage in a single package, reducing the external component count and simplifying the design process.The LV8136V supports microstepping operation with up to 1/32-step resolution, providing smooth and precise motor control for high-performance applications. It can deliver a maximum output current of 1.4A per phase, making it suitable for driving a wide range of stepper motors with different power requirements.The device features low power consumption and high efficiency, making it suitable for battery-powered or energy-efficient applications. It also includes protection features such as thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection, and open-load detection to ensure reliable operation and prevent damage to the motor or driver.
