Details
The M28W320 is a 32-megabit (4 Mbit x 8 or 2 Mbit x 16) non-volatile flash memory device manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a high-performance, low-power flash memory that is organized into 64 uniform sectors of 64 Kbytes each.The M28W320 operates at a voltage range of 2.7 to 3.6 volts and has a fast serial peripheral interface (SPI) with clock frequencies up to 75 MHz. It offers a fast access time of 90 ns for read operations and a sector erase time of 850 ms.The memory device features a page programming capability with a maximum program time of 6 µs per byte. It also includes an automatic page write algorithm that allows for concurrent programming and erase operations. The M28W320 has a data retention capability of 20 years and can withstand up to 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector.The M28W320 is designed for a variety of applications, including consumer electronics, industrial control systems, automotive applications, and networking equipment. It is housed in a standard 48-pin TSOP package and is RoHS compliant.
