Details
The M34116C1 is a general purpose voltage detector IC manufactured by Renesas Electronics. It is designed to detect the supply voltage level and switch an output signal when the voltage exceeds a certain threshold level. The voltage detection threshold of the M34116C1 is set internally to 1.6V, and it has a wide operating voltage range of 1.4V to 5.5V. The voltage detection accuracy is ±2% of the detection threshold voltage. The IC consumes very low current during operation, with a typical supply current of 1.0µA at 3.0V. The M34116C1 is housed in a small SOT-23-5 package, making it suitable for use in space-constrained applications. It has a built-in delay circuit to prevent false detection caused by voltage fluctuations or noise. The IC also features a hysteresis function to prevent chattering of the output signal when the input voltage is near the detection threshold.
