MAR-4+ is a broadband low noise amplifier (LNA) designed to operate in the frequency range of 50 MHz to 3 GHz. It offers high gain, low noise figure, and excellent linearity, making it ideal for applications in radar systems, communication systems, and electronic warfare.The MAR-4+ LNA features a typical gain of 16 dB, a noise figure of 2.5 dB, and an output 1 dB compression point of 18 dBm. It has a wide supply voltage range of 3 to 5.5 V and low power consumption, making it suitable for use in battery-operated systems.The LNA is housed in a small, surface-mount package, measuring just 3 mm x 3 mm, which allows for easy integration into compact systems. It is compatible with both single-ended and differential input and output configurations, providing flexibility in system design.MAR-4+ also offers high input linearity, allowing it to handle high-power signals without distortion. This makes it suitable for use in high-dynamic-range applications where strong overload signals are present.
