Details
The MAX134CQH is a quad RS-232 line driver and receiver IC designed for high-speed communication applications. It provides four independent drivers and receivers that comply with the RS-232 standard. The IC operates from a single +5V supply voltage and is capable of data rates up to 120kbps. The drivers feature true TTL/CMOS compatibility, allowing for interfacing with a wide range of microcontrollers and other devices. The receivers have a typical input sensitivity of ±15V, ensuring robust data reception even in noisy environments.The MAX134CQH also includes thermal shutdown protection and overvoltage protection to safeguard the device from potential damage. It comes in a 28-pin ceramic quad flat pack (CQFP) package, making it suitable for use in industrial, automotive, and other demanding environments.
