Details
The MB85RC64V is a 64Kbit ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) module produced by Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited. It features a non-volatile memory cell with fast read and write operations, low power consumption, high endurance, and a guaranteed write cycle of more than 10^13 times. The module operates on a supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V and has a standby current of only 15μA.The MB85RC64V has a serial peripheral interface (SPI) that supports clock speeds of up to 20MHz and can operate in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is housed in an industry-standard 8-pin SOP or 8-pin WSON package, making it easily integrable into various applications such as industrial control systems, IoT devices, smart meters, and automotive electronics.In addition to its high-speed read and write capabilities, the MB85RC64V also offers unlimited write endurance with a guaranteed data retention period of 10 years. This makes it ideal for applications that require frequent read and write operations, as well as those that need to store critical data securely over long periods. With its combination of high reliability, low power consumption, and robust performance, the MB85RC64V is a versatile memory solution for a wide range of applications
