Details
The MC10H131 is a high-speed ECL D-type flip-flop with set and reset. It is part of the ECL 10H family of high-speed, low-power devices that operate up to 350 MHz. This flip-flop features differential clock inputs for high-speed operation, as well as asynchronous set and reset inputs for changing the state of the flip-flop.The MC10H131 has a data input (D), clock inputs (CLK and CLK), set input (S), reset input (R), and complementary outputs (Q and Q\). When the clock is high, the data input is transferred to the Q output, while the Q\ output remains the complement of Q. The set and reset inputs override the clock and data inputs, forcing the outputs to the desired states regardless of the clock input.This device is designed to be used in high-speed digital systems where reliable data storage is required. It operates over a wide range of voltages, from -5.2V to -4.1V, making it suitable for various applications. The MC10H131 comes in a 16-pin ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP) for easy integration into existing systems.
