Details
The MC14490FG is a versatile hex contact Bounce Eliminator (CBE) integrated circuit, purpose-built for application in keypad debounce scenarios. With six Schmitt-trigger inputs and separate output enable controls, this IC effectively eliminates noise during button transitions, ultimately ensuring consistent key press detection. Additionally, it incorporates a voltage comparator for power-up key detection and a latch-up protection circuit to shield against potential damage from input voltage spikes
