Operating at 180 A per amplifier, this device offers a gain bandwidth product of 1.8 MHz and a slew rate of 2.1 V/s without needing JFET device technology. The Darlington input stage ensures high input resistance, low input offset voltage, and high gain, making it an ideal option for single supply operation. The all NPN output stage delivers a large output voltage swing, high capacitance drive capability, and no deadband crossover distortion. Available in single, dual, and quad configurations, the MC33171/72/74 series is designed to perform reliably over industrial and automotive temperature ranges. Its plastic and surface mount packaging options provide flexibility for integration into various systems, making it a versatile choice for op-amp applications
