Motorola's MC68HC711E20CFN3 microcontroller unit is a key member of the HC11 family, offering impressive features for embedded system development. With a maximum CPU frequency of 3.68 MHz, this 8-bit MCU is well-suited for automotive, industrial control, and consumer electronics applications. It boasts 512 bytes of RAM, 16KB of on-chip EPROM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM for data storage, as well as a 16-bit timer system, UART module, and 38 general-purpose I/O pins for interfacing with external devices. Housed in a 52-pin PLCC package, the MC68HC711E20CFN3 operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, ensuring compatibility with various power sources
