Details
The MCP2050-500E/MQ is a highly versatile product that provides a bidirectional, half-duplex communication interface designed to meet the LIN bus specification Revision 2.1 and SAE J2602. Not only does it offer a regulated power supply output of either 5V or 3.3V at 70mA, but it also features an on-chip WWDT that allows for customizable reset window sizes using an external resistor. Additionally, the ratiometric VBAT pin scales down VBAT to match the VREG range, enabling easy monitoring by an A/D converter. This device has been specifically engineered to comply with the stringent quiescent current requirements of the automotive industry, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions such as +43V load dump transients and double battery jumps
