MCP9600-I/MX Description Microchip MCP9600-I/MX is a digital temperature sensor with a resolution of 0.0625C with a user programmable register suitable for battery powered applications. Compatible with 2-Wire and I2C interfaces, MCP9600-I/MX provides open and short circuit detection for integrated thermocouples. The MCP9600-I/MX supports applications with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V in the compact MQFN-20 package.
