Details
The MCP9700A-E/TO is a versatile Linear Active Thermistor IC that operates effectively in a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. This sensor provides accurate measurements by producing an output voltage directly proportional to the detected temperature. With a calibrated slope of 10mV/°C and a 500mV DC offset, the MCP9700A delivers reliable temperature readings without the need for a negative supply. Its compact packaging options in SC-70, SOT-23, and TO-92 formats make it suitable for use in confined spaces where size is a critical factor
