Details
The ML4812CP is a power factor corrector IC with a DIP16 package. It has a totem pole output type with a maximum output current of 1A. The energy output per cycle is 5µJ, and it operates at a frequency of 98kHz. This IC requires a supply voltage between 12V and 25V and has a wide operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The internal reference voltage is 5V, and the output voltage is also 5V. With 16 pins and through-hole termination, the ML4812CP is suitable for commercial temperature range applications
