Details
MM58167 is a high-performance low-dropout voltage regulator that is designed for applications requiring a regulated output voltage with low dropout voltage. It can accept an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6V and provides a regulated output voltage between 0.8V to 5.5V. The typical dropout voltage of this regulator is only 120mV at a 300mA load current, making it suitable for battery-powered applications where maximizing efficiency is critical.This regulator also features a low quiescent current of 75µA, which helps prolong battery life in portable devices. Additionally, it has a built-in thermal shutdown protection circuit that prevents the device from overheating under high load conditions. The MM58167 is available in a small SOT-23 package, making it easy to integrate into space-constrained designs.
