MMBFU310 is a N-channel enhancement-mode field-effect transistor (FET) manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor. It is designed for use in high-frequency amplifier and oscillator applications in combination with a Schottky diode. The transistor has a drain-source voltage (Vds) of 20 volts and a drain current (Id) of 150 milliamps.MMBFU310 features low on-resistance and high transconductance, making it suitable for radio frequency (RF) applications where fast switching speeds and strong amplification are required. Its small size and low power consumption make it ideal for use in portable electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and wireless communication devices.The transistor is housed in a Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package, allowing for easy integration onto printed circuit boards.
