Details

The MMG3003NT1 is an N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET designed for high current applications. It has a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and a continuous drain current of 75A. The MOSFET has a low on-resistance of 3.8mΩ, allowing for efficient power handling and minimal power loss during operation.The MMG3003NT1 is housed in a TO-220 package, which provides robust protection and easy mounting to a heat sink for optimal thermal management. The MOSFET is ideally suited for applications requiring high power such as motor control, DC-DC converters, and LED lighting. This MOSFET features a gate threshold voltage of 2.5V, making it compatible with a wide range of gate drive circuits. It has a fast switching speed and low gate charge, allowing for high efficiency and minimal switching losses.
