This cutting-edge CMOS VLDO family provides a significant amount of output current in either fixed voltage options or an adjustable output voltage from 5.0V down to 1.25V, making it an incredibly versatile solution for space-constrained and portable battery-powered applications. The devices boast impressive specifications, including high PSRR, low quiescent and ground current consumption, low noise operation, short circuit and thermal protection - a comprehensive safety net for even the most demanding applications. Moreover, they offer enhanced ESD protection compared to standard CMOS LDOs, allowing them to operate in environments that would be hostile to less robust regulators. Packaged in the compact 6-Lead DFN3x3 package, these devices are perfect for applications where space is at a premium
