Details
The NE592D14 is a high-performance differential amplifier with current feedback. It is designed for wideband, high-gain applications and features a high slew rate of 1000 V/μs and a bandwidth of 300 MHz. The device is versatile and can be used in a variety of applications including video amplification, RF amplification, and pulse amplification.The NE592D14 is housed in a 14-pin plastic DIP package and operates on a dual power supply voltage range from ±2V to ±18V. It has a low input offset voltage of 2 mV and a low input noise voltage of 3 nV/√Hz, making it suitable for precision applications.The amplifier has a high input impedance of 15 kΩ, which minimizes loading effects on the input signal. It also has a high output current drive capability, making it suitable for driving low impedance loads.
