Details
NGD8201N is a high-performance, dual-channel, receiver front-end IC designed for use in optical networking applications. It has a low input referred noise of 2.9 pA/√Hz and a bandwidth of 2.5 GHz, making it suitable for high-speed data transmission.The NGD8201N features a differential transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with a wide dynamic range of up to -12 dBm, allowing for reliable signal reception in a variety of conditions. It also includes a gain control function that can be adjusted dynamically to optimize performance in different operating environments.This IC is housed in a compact 4x4 mm package and operates from a single 3.3 V power supply, making it easy to integrate into existing optical systems. It also includes an integrated automatic gain control (AGC) circuit for improved signal-to-noise performance and a shutdown mode to reduce power consumption when not in use.
