The NJU72501 is a low dropout voltage regulator (LDO) with adjustable output voltage that is designed to provide stable and accurate voltage regulation for various applications. It has a maximum output current of 150mA and a dropout voltage of only 160mV at full load. The device operates over a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 12V, making it suitable for use in battery-powered devices, portable electronics, and other low-power applications.The NJU72501 offers a high ripple rejection ratio of 70dB at 1kHz, ensuring clean and stable output voltage even in noisy environments. It also features built-in overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown circuitry to protect the device and the load from damage in case of fault conditions.This LDO regulator is available in a small, space-saving SOT-23 package, making it easy to integrate into compact designs with limited board space. The adjustable output voltage can be set anywhere between 1.5V and 11V using external resistors, providing flexibility for different system requirements.
