Details
NTGS3443 is a P-channel enhancement-mode field-effect transistor (FET) used in electronic circuits. It is designed for high-speed switching applications in power management systems. The transistor has a low on-state resistance and high input impedance, making it suitable for use in a variety of electronic devices. The NTGS3443 has a maximum drain-source voltage of -30V and a maximum continuous drain current of -2.4A. It features a gate threshold voltage of -0.8V to -2.5V, making it compatible with a wide range of logic levels. This FET is housed in a small SOT-23 surface-mount package, making it ideal for compact designs where space is limited.
