This regulator operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.0V and offers a fixed output voltage of 3.3V. It is equipped with thermal shutdown and current limit protection features to ensure reliable and safe operation. The regulator also has low quiescent current consumption, making it suitable for battery-powered applications where power efficiency is critical.NUP4301MR6 is housed in a SOT-23-5 package, measuring just 2.9mm x 1.6mm x 1.5mm, making it ideal for space-constrained designs.
