The OPA4340EA/250 is available in various package options to suit different design needs. The single (OPA340) packages come in the tiny 5-pin SOT-23 surface mount, 8-pin SOIC surface mount, and 8-pin DIP options. The dual (OPA2340) is available in miniature 8-pin VSSOP surface mount, 8-pin SOIC surface mount, and 8-pin PDIP packages. The quad (OPA4340) packages come in space-saving 16-pin SSOP surface mount and 14-pin SOIC surface mount options, offering design flexibility and compatibility. All packages are specified for a wide temperature range and a SPICE macromodel is available for design analysis
