Details
The P6KE200A is a uni-directional TVS diode with a reverse stand-off voltage of 376V and a clamping voltage of 274V. It has a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W and a peak pulse current of 100A. The breakdown voltage ranges from 190V to 210V, and the capacitance is 80pF. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 175°C and has a minimum ESD voltage of 30kV for both air gap and contact. The diode has 2 pins and comes in a DO-15 package type, suitable for through-hole mounting. It has a moisture sensitivity level of Level-1 and is packaged in tape & reel. The maximum reflow temperature is 260°C
