Details
The PM6644TR is a highly efficient step-down regulator designed to deliver a stable output voltage in a small DFN10 3x3 package. With a valley current limit of 350 mA, this regulator offers adjustable output voltages within the range of 0.9 V to 8 V, making it versatile for various applications. Additionally, it features a fixed output voltage option at 3.47 V, eliminating the need for an external resistor divider. The COT architecture ensures fast load transient response, while the embedded voltage feed-forward maintains a nearly constant switching frequency operation. At very light loads, the pulse skipping technique enhances efficiency, providing optimal performance across different load conditions. The switching frequency can be easily adjusted from 200 kHz to 600 kHz using a simple resistor, offering flexibility in design and application. Whether it's regulating a fixed value or delivering an adjustable voltage, the PM6644TR is programmable to suit specific requirements through the FB pin set-up
