PMEG2010EJ is a fast switching, low VF high-efficiency Schottky barrier rectifier diode manufactured by Nexperia. It has a forward current rating of 1A and a reverse voltage rating of 100V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including voltage clamping, freewheeling, and polarity protection in various electronic circuits.The PMEG2010EJ features a low forward voltage drop (VF) of typically 0.41V at 1A, which helps to minimize power losses and improve overall system efficiency. This diode also has a fast switching speed, with a reverse recovery time of less than 20ns, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications.In terms of packaging, the PMEG2010EJ is available in a SOD-123FL surface-mount package, which is compact and easy to solder onto PCBs. It has a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, ensuring long-term reliability and stability in demanding operating conditions.
